Lately, It seems like the only certainty is uncertainty.
Earlier this week, false hope was cast by the current administration that the Russians were reducing their build-up on the Ukrainian border. Coupled with expectations that the Feds will raise the Fed funds rate approximately 6 times, and you have an information barrage that the markets just can not make sense of.
